dAmn 0.6 goes public

Okay, dAmn 0.6 is available to everyone.

It now has an optional java mode which may let some people connect who couldn't connect in the past.

It also gives better error messages for those who can't connect.

Once it proves to be at least as good as the previous version, (stability wise)

I'll make it the default chat version.

be sure to try these commands in dAmn 0.6:

  • /join #thumbshare

  • /whois deviantname



Please let me know what you think in my forums here.

I have no idea what's going on. I tried to join #devart (chat.deviantart.com/chat/devart) and I end up in #devart06.
There were no one, just me. I checked the Chatroom Settings, no members or operators, only a founder apparently, names bzek or something.
Wtf?!

It appears there is a bug. McAfee Internet Security 5 interferes with dAmn and creates huge lag, I have to disable it before it will work correctly.
